Interesting how different can turn out the reviews! The announced fishy smell, which is later than the opening in the air, was less than I expected. Have the noodles rinsed in a breakdown thoroughly under running cold water and then the smell was gone. Then I have them thrown out on a tip, rather than cook them right into the pan, seasoned properly and fried with vegetables, later added cream and cheese. The noodles were al dente then later, the flavor of the sauce dominated, the noodles themselves have no taste, but saturate and keep ahead. For me, a 250g pack was a little bit too much. If the sauce is rich in content, a package is sufficient certainly for two. I myself was not a big front LC Nudelesserin but the Shirataki Noodles bring variety to the table, so five star!
