This is supposed to be only a brief summary. When I bought the book, I have searched in vain for someone who could tell me what his score was after he learned with this book. Therefore, I would do so shortly:
- I was an average student in English: Basic Course, 8 points (in Abi)
- Had virtually no contact, Two Years After
- Then, 1 year abroad (6 months of it in the English)
- Started about 3 weeks before the test to work through the book. An hour a day is sufficient, when knowledge is available
I have reached 960 of 990 possible points. I found the actual test easier than the final exercise test in which I had the 850 points. I needed 785 to apply for a master's degree.
To all who already watch series and movies in English or speak well, Arise not crazy. Uses the book to make you familiar with the types of questions and to refresh the vocabulary for the workplace. But otherwise the test should be no problem.
If you offer him feel insecure. Just makes things that make you fun. I've watched Big Bang Theory in English and Sherlock Holmes read in English. This puts very good, although one really has time.
Apologies that I deviate a little from the evaluation of the product, but the quality of the book was supposed to be measured it as it prepared me for the exam. And since the result is of course important: So, just buy it!
Edit: What's just occurred to me. In the digital world was to be able to play the CD's somewhere for me the biggest problem. Have neither CD player yet a laptop with CD drive. Of course, you can always find somewhere someone who can pull the CD's on the computer, but a simple link with a code would also help. A little tip to the publisher.
