I think this book is a great opportunity to "share" what could see, hear and feel a soldier during the 6 years he has retouve far from home and loved ones. Death is often present, but poetry and hope still dominates at the end of reading this very moving testimony of a man aged 91 years and published his first book. It is not very common to give a voice to all those anonymous ... These war logs read like a novel, and the feeling you really be in his place. For once we will shut Dorgelès who feared the hairy 14/18 will die a second time with oblivion! Rush on as already advised Patrick GERARD in his column on the website of MARIANNE magazine. I await your reactions online.
