This book is one of the first cookbook I bought there now 5 years old ... Since I have filled my library, so I like to cook, and I think it's a bit through one ... all kinds of recipes (traditional and exotic), all orders (sauces, appetizers, soups, dessert, cake, meat dish or fish every every everything ...) and always easy and clear, many a little original variants, and the certainty that if I try a basic recipe (paella, sauerkraut, Mornay sauce, ...) or a slightly more original recipe (fish sauerkraut, homemade ice cream recipes) I find them !!! Although I make a kitchen more "creative" in recent years, what pleasure to return to this item when I search the recipe of white butter or composition of the raz el hanout! A real basic very useful.
