A really dangerous kitchen utensils!

I'm probably more of a kitchen dilettante and can therefore only report that this thing its intended purpose well can meet quite. I miss the comparison with other devices and the daily practice of the cooking front in order to comment on the handling professionally.

But the build quality leaves much to be desired and is at best negligent to suboptimal !!! At the poorly trimmed edges I cut my fingers painful. Only its own post allows me now to accident-free and bloodless handling this part. The originally very sharp edges would probably badly damaged and the thin coating my inexpensive skillet.

In a plastic injection-molded part for hefty 8, - I expect something more processing care!
