The HUB USB3 does exactly what he is and has with attached power cable for all devices I have ever connected so always enough power. (Mouse, keyboard, hard drive, burner ..) runs without electricity because of course duetlich less.

Special praise also to the seller. My first instrument was a faulty cable and the seller responded immediately and superfast sent me a new device, incl. Cable and was very accommodating!
