But since I have the house precisely constructed already done, I can here already known my opinion.
Packaging: The dollhouse comes in a huge cardboard box (60 x 50 x 25cm), therefore, the parts are already packed relatively space-saving (the house is simply huge!). Negative noticed only that the components are sealed in a total of 38 (!!) different plastic bags. Here would be less certainly been more - the environment's sake.
Construction: building the dollhouse is full-length task which, given the size but not surprising. Playmobil indicates the build-up time of 90 minutes, which I've also just hinbekommen so. If you build the house for two on, it should go a little faster, because then you can put together the stories parallel.
It is striking that Playmobil is changed from the simple plug-in system of my childhood now have to be mounted separately to a system in which tens of small bolts. The construction period is extended immensely, also acts no longer as strong as before, but should at least have the advantage that these connectors act as predetermined breaking point and help prevent irreparable damage to the components at all to rough play.
Quality / processing: The components themselves are, unfortunately, become qualitatively weaker since my childhood, as reflected in the above connectors, but in particular it shows, among other things, that the components have become much thinner. The parts thus appear clearly fragile. Despite all Playmobil offers here remains a high quality that goes into the toy world (apart from LEGO) has no equal. The build quality is impeccable - no sharp edges or burrs, where the children could be injured.
The house: it offers children two full floors and an attic, which are connected by spiral staircases. The bullets are completely empty - the individual rooms must be purchased separately. These costs together again a little more than the house itself. All doors (one double door per floor) and all windows (total of 12, including 10 double window) can be opened.
The floors are so high that even adults could play herein well. Is here for little hands plenty of room.
Highlight is powered by two AAA batteries electronic doorbell. The gong sounds realistic and well and is - thankfully - for parental rights on the nerves.
For an additional charge, you can still buy a replacement light set in the Playmobil Shop - absolutely requires it is terrible. The money is invested in better in additional room facilities than or equal to all saves.
The Price: The pricing is certainly ambitious, since it (almost 130 euros on offer, RRP!) Does not stop at the around 100 euros just for the house normally. For the facilities it is with luck (only if the rooms just are on offer, otherwise again significantly longer) with another 100 Euro. However you get here offered at really something for his money. Surely you pay also for the pure name PLAYMOBIL, also still standing but for quality, you can trust the parents. Quality and workmanship are great, the house is huge and compatible with the PLAYMOBIL world that accompanies the children usually over many years. In this respect, a long-term investment.
Conclusion: This gives here a really big dollhouse that will accompany the children for many years. In addition to the already sporty purchase price for the room facilities still significant costs to too - which you have to be aware. The quality / processing, the long-lasting gaming fun and children's eyes light justify these costs, however. In this respect, a buy rating
