I'm on my second dyson (purchased from Boulanger). The first I gave it because it was too big for my apartment.
Much has already been said. I just give my astonishment after a first aspiration: in 20 minutes, I could make a T2 and a 3/4 of my car.
The head is closer to the ground than conventional vacuum cleaners but a clever motor is housed and rotates the brushes in addition to decreasing the effort and forth it deports the weight of the device and the lithe broom.
Otherwise, it is the epitome of technical pragmatism in English: no fioritu, everything is functional, removable in all directions for a total cleaning (you'd dismantle a firearm by time), the finish is a clinical and Keyed prevents using the vacuum cleaner while it is charging.
The start of the electric motors is almost instantaneous, latency between when you press the trigger and the start of the aspiration to nominal speed is almost zero, it is confusing at first because it's so effective.
Small flaws: no warning prior to failure juice and trigger (also keyed to prevent accidental wastage) can not stay down, having said that the stiffness of the recall button is bearable ... for 20 minutes without cramp.
Another downside: I have not received a bill but that's the side of the seller Royalprice.

following a billing request, I have just received my invoice as a pdf file.
Apparently with the seller, ask for their bill ...
I share an excerpt of the email with the invoice attached:

Meanwhile I had called directly dyson hotline as indicated in the manual of the device, but the operator told me that indeed they were not taking care of me. It's good to know when buying elsewhere than on the manufacturer's website.
I also received a second email Royalprice asking me to change my comments Evaluation seller because I complained about the delivery without carton or invoice.
