I began this book without croire..tout there continuing to smoke cigarettes qques during playback (what is prescribed by the author ...). After a hundred pages, cigarettes I smoked n 'longer had the same flavor and I found less and less pleasure ... I turned off my last cigarette on January 20, disgusted by the smell and what it meant ... I have not taken a single cigarette since that day, I have no cravings and I issued feel this damn cigarette that sickens me now ... what has happened? I do not know, a new way of tackling the problem, which is that the desire disappears without physical symptoms ... is for me a revelation!
