For me this book is more comprehensive than any I have known.
It addresses a lot of issues, and allows anyone willing to go to the Light to put themselves in the most favorable conditions.
I was fortunate to attend several internship Serge Boutboul that completely changed my life.
He gives in his book, simple, affordable and explanations that can be run without having to have any knowledge in this area.
What I like about this book is that it deals with essential things, deep, as others have complicated by absurd explanations, and this author discusses with great simplicity and humility.
