I had read a first time, when I discovered while Fred Vargas and I admit that he had left me unsatisfied. I thought he was slower, less endearing in the characters and especially generally uninteresting. Wolves, Mercantour, me, blah blah ... And then I reread it ... and I devoured! I am completely immersed in the story, left overwhelmed by the sweet and insidious languor until the denouement: amazing, unexpected and so ... Vargas!
