A salt mill that convinces!

This is precisely the Peugeot Fidji! The mill is marked on the ball with an anodized "S" for salt up. The grind is adjustable from "salt dust" to 1-3 mm large salt crystals, each time setting the mill is able to efficiently promote decent amounts of ground salt. For this reason, the purchase for me was a good idea, I had times cheap Noname-mill and only had problems with this in terms of the setting and the amount of coffee, which is at the Peugeot otherwise - a dream!

The design is simple and simple, with wood and stainless steel, the freeness is controlled via the above locking screw (jefester the finer, so also the more relaxed the coarser) and here I must deduct 1/2 point, because if you a very rough setting selects and grinds - wobbles of stainless steel head, which is due to the well-intentioned guide, this is in my eyes a bit too small, and could have been a bit bigger.

A small word for warranty, the grinder has life time warranty, however, it is based on Germany "only" 25 years, the sit a long time, but there is thus promoted and in the description then only 25 stands, one would at this point is equal to 25 write years. For this, I must also deduct 1/2 point.

NOTE: If you come up with the idea pepper hineinzufüllen ... salt and pepper mills have unterschideliche grinders - which should not be done, this can destroy the grinder because then the warranty does not help.

Conclusion: Better quality than anger - you can rely on decades of experience of Peugeot! The Peugeot Fidji is a recommendable salt mill, which is in this size ideal for the amateur cook and for domestic use. Robust, durable, timeless - that's Peugeot!
