The interest of the book of Nathalie Heinich, former disciple of Pierre Bourdieu, is to remove the springs from the thought of him who was the guru of French sociology. It is not a settlement account for as much. Heinich deny nothing of its debt to Bourdieu but it shows both the ideological pregnance a deterministic sociology in the individual rejecting the existence of almost all free will and freedom of action. Furthermore, the author demonstrates brilliantly imposture of a thought itself as "scientific" when she was in the service of a political struggle marked by the radicalism.
