the Nokia 301 Dual sim I have recently bought me at Media Markt for 75 EUR. I had enough of simple smart phones, better phone and other Omniscient Super Phones. As a passionate collector and user of the Nokia 8800 Arte series of I was very excited about the how S40 has developed over the years so. So, the device can Active Sync with the extension of Mail for Exchange AstraSync, a very nice feature, unfortunately restricted to sync mail, contacts and calendar but good enough for me from my business. The Management with Dual SIM on mobile is super simple and clear. S40 runs on the Nokia 301 smart and rarely with delays. The browser of Nokia is nice but modest compared to the also available Opera browser, at least as far as the performance but with a cell phone so you surf so rare. The service is typical S40, if you're used it once, you feel over time a well-structured and easily understandable interface, right mobile Like. Unfortunately, the pre-installed demo games and apps do not delete. In pictures I am not interested, but if that's important about it should be clear that the absence of flash, images to be only very modest in low light, the camera is actually difficult to accept or superfluous, but for a brief snapshots at sufficient daylight but again make sense.
So, now to the haptic, material receiving, quality of the speaker, handset display and micro:
Haptics: Perfect, good pressure point lies perfectly in the hand (Nokia 515 is indeed chic but long not handy) Material: Plastic halt. The value still under Reception: Ok Lausprecher in sound reproduction ok, but calls for `already in mild ambient noise rather for an ordinary Teleonat ungeiegnet Handset reproduction: the interlocutors can hear just fine Micro: Poor. The caller hears me unfortunately only weak and confirmed on several occasions.
That's why it comes to ebay and if I get another 50 EUR for a 3-day-old phone, I'll do a caper.
Unfortunately, no more than 2 stars. Shame shame shame ...
