Very satisfied:
==============================
- Picture with DVD / BR, 3D, HD and SD:
After some fiddling with the settings, and ultimately the Bildassi and then
a few small adjustments, the picture for us as far as perfect.
Jerking or smears could previously only in settings with a few so-called
"Bildverbesserern" are found, but they are anyway almost all disabled because you actually
could see a real improvement in the fewest parameters.
3D has really surprised how well this works - and of course on the size of the image
there are compared to the cinema is not much difference.
SD broadcasters are ready too vividly, the distance to the TV is about 3.5m
- Magic Remote:
An operation has actually used quite fast, probably the most commonly used function, zapping,
can be done quickly with the scroll wheel, unless you want to move from place to place 1 300 - what
but will probably not happen to us more, because actually only a few handful of channels are relevant and this
just take the top places.
Otherwise can be using the virtual keyboard, which can be switched on, even to more distant
FM radio stations switch in a timely manner.
Everything else, such as scroll through menus, in online video stores (Netflix) Browse etc. everything goes fine
with the remote control.
Only the Smart TV'len you always have something to watch out, because you do not here with the scroll wheel
can muddle through, but with the ring mounted around the wheel key. So there is already some
happens sometimes that one has involuntarily changed the station.
- Sound:
Who does not need Boom-Bang-Womm, which should be quite sufficient the sound.
What could be even better:
==============================
- WebOs (currently 4:32:20):
It takes after turning about half a minute, until the functionality is given.
Every now and then treat yourself to the menus a short break, here is also potential for hope
further updates in there ...
Less satisfied:
===============================
- Mirror behavior:
We have the TV set to a window front side, from the beginning everything is wonderful, just the look
from the side, unfortunately we see in daylight and dark scene the living room landscape, blinds down is
thus announced. In previous (37Zoll Lg) Tv the location was perfect without any problems - matte screen says hello ...
Well, let's see what can be done at the next living room conversion, currently it is dark anyway,
when the TV is concerned.
It should be mentioned that there is probably not much alternatives - at least the view of the panels of the competition
in the same price sector hints at how it behaves when the device is not on the sales floor but in the living room
would stand.
I think since the LG is still gone reasonably well, at least a duller shade compared can be seen ...
- EGP
Unfortunately, the device forgets to turn off the EGP data again and they have to be there at the next use only
are re-imported, ie first zap through all the stations that broadcast on different transponders
so the list is established. Well, during my last PVR was no different, although I would have liked,
that it is done better - others can do this, too, for example, via Guide + or at least as an alternative, the list of
me also to an external disk, cache and on the next read then just only
update accordingly.
What else is worth mentioning are:
===================================
- Wi-Fi via FritzBox
In the first two days, the connection has a few problems, despite a fixed IP and
fixed channel came there when streaming from time to time to abort and you had only a few more minutes
Wait until the TV has reconnected.
In the meantime, however, a new FB (7490) received feed, disconnections there have been no more, in
Although a few cases had to be recharged during streaming, but think that this is more likely to overload at
Netflix was due.
- Stations / sorting
Probably leidigste problem of the device is probably the setting and sort channel list, at least one
hears and reads, when the reception via SAT flutters into the house. We (cable) it was not really a big deal,
after I proceeded as follows:
* Started tuning
* List saved and transferred to USB stick
* With ChanSort the list is read (not checked in gaps when moving / removing stations close)
* Adjust stations independently follow
* Numbered Finally, channel numbers consecutively
* List with the same name stored back on the USB stick and read in TV
* Marked in the channel manager all the channels that we do not want to see, with "Skip" (Tip: there a number of stations
were more that were not in use, first selected by selecting "All", and then specify the desired
again deselected and then "Skip" is selected)
* TV off and on again
Closing remarks:
============
For 699 euros in the Cyber Week in price / performance at the present time hard to beat, in school grade I'd say 1-2,
here good 4 star for the device itself, considering the price of the overall package, there are 5 stars
