Wishing to add yoga to the martial arts, I did recommend the works of André Van Lysebeth and happiness. This book is a good first approach to yoga, especially as it gives a lot of explanation on breathing and the position of each well made.
This book will fully satisfy people who like to enter the details of things and interested in yoga also for respiratory and spiritual part, not just to learn a sequence of postures ('which case there is in my opinion more books modern, fun and easy to access.
One regret, this book lacks photos, and those present are small and dated, and there are not always easy to understand the performance of certain positions. Fortunately, the internet videos are a good complement.
I recommend in any case book because it offers a rigorous approach to yoga and do not give in any public facility.
