A sphygmomanometer cuff performance

I used for years a wrist blood pressure monitor, but the measurements varied significantly depending on the position of the wrist with respect to the heart. So I bought this recorder (Omron cuff), I compared his measurements in different configurations of my arms, sitting or lying position, as compared to the wrist blood pressure monitor. It is actually less sensitive to these parameters. In addition, it has a memory for two "patients". I am satisfied with my purchase.
