The radio came after 6! Days, what I criticize because I'm used to from other Amazon delivery times.

Now I want to make it short. In all three disciplines, WiFi reception, DAB and DAB +, FM as the reception sensitivity is very good.
I begin with WiFi: There are in my apartment a corner that previously eliminated for lack sensitivity to the used by me n WLAN receiver, and due to low field strength of my wireless router, to receive Internet radio stations. Not so the SANGEAN WFR-28D. The works and receives totally harmless.
DAB and DAB +: I had previously been a DAB receiver. But since I live in a poorly supplied DAB area about 50 km west of Munich, 30 km south of Augsburg and 35 km north from Hohenpeißenberg, the reception with the old receiver worked more bad than good. With the SANGEAN WFR-28D the DAB world now looks completely different. Now 47 DAB stations to be received. 19 stations from the 5C block of Media Broadcast, which radiates the programs with 10 kW ERP in Augsburg. These programs can be received anywhere in the house. Critical are the block 9C and 12D of Bayern Digital Radio. Both blocks are provided with only 3.6 kW ERP in Augsburg from the hotel tower. Near windows and this reception is unproblematic. In the middle of the house, it may come to receive demolition. Nevertheless, this is an excellent reception performance, as I can state from my DAB experience without exaggeration.
The FM reception: Here, too, SANGEAN its competence. The benchmark has to serve the Swiss Säntis transmitter site here, which is about 150 km away from my house.

The Sound:
Well the good reception performance availed nothing if hearing this radio would not be fun. And it does. Here you will be amazed just what this radio makes sound. With eyes closed you would the receiver housing grant at least twice the volume.
