The cinematic experience of 2002, although again an inflated special effects spin, stands or falls with the director, the actors and the (unfortunately sometimes a bit bumpy) screenplay. Tobey Maguire's strength it is, just to be a superhero, but to stay under his costume an insecure, vulnerable teens, giving the character an unexpected depth and credibility. Willem Dafoe, as a scientist and millionaire Osborne, who with his alter ego, the Green Goblin, fighting, it did not really hit; Part of schizophrenic sometimes calls him from something much more and it is only more. And Kirsten Dunst's MJ is a somewhat outdated victimhood, which they still embodies brilliantly, to the unreasonable monologue at the end. Until then, the film some more funny clichés tried to be and plays with humor, the Peters cause unexpected forces or even a Green Goblin, who tried despite his bulky costume cool retro look. Fun and excitement worthy of Hollywood with good variation possibilities for the sequels (two are already planned). See recommended.
