Caspers song line -Ascheregen- fits, I think, very well the new album -Hinterland-. Of the eleven songs like with two-thirds extremely well and put my head cinema and my feet immediately in motion. One third I found okay, but a little expensive compared to the rest of the album. It was Casper but also not easy to present to the ingenious -XOXO- a successor. The bar was damn high. In my opinion, Casper, however they skipped. After I have several times heard -Hinterland-, I know in any case: The album is from multiple listening in any case better!

Playing tips: The entry -Ascheregen- and -Hinterland- are perfect Casper songs. Rhythm and lyrics take the listener and spread optimism. -All But never ends the music is almost a pop song for Casper conditions. Perfect Songwriting offers -20 QM. Although the estimated I Editors frontman Tom Smith sings, -Lux Lisbon- is one of the weak production of the album for me. The interaction with Kraftklub in -very nice okay- reminds me more of a Fettes Brot - disc than Casper. Purist, bleak and beautiful comes -La Rue Morgue- therefore. -Jambalaya- Is good and danceable sounds a bit like Seeed. At the end of the album there then, in my view, the cream piece of -Hinterland-. Melodic, soulful, thoughtful and damn heartbreaking are angekommen- the 6:21 minutes of -Endlich. This song is an absolute gem German Rapp music.

The new album of the electoral Berliner Benjamin Griffey, better known Casper is worth listening to. You need maybe a few rounds in the player to hear piece by piece in the album. The shekel has a concept and is consistent. Casper has exactly the shot thoughtfulness plus matching music, the excited many listeners. Strong orchestrated and with good lyrics -Hinterland- should certainly find its fans ...
