I have allowed myself the player for Christmas because I spend ~ 2 hrs per day. On the train, and put value on good sound. Apart from that, I naturally do not mind if the player sometimes can play a sequence of my favorite series - and that he does it without a touchscreen, was for me (a touchscreen opponents) the cherry on the cream.

+ A simple and self-explanatory menu.
+ Super genius headphones. I did not know before that the "noise-canceling" feature, but I'm really excited. Never thought that it works, but I'm sitting in front of the laptop, my girlfriend looks the way I hear the TV remote and minimally, if at all. And compared to my Sennheiser CX400 is not really bad.
+ A fantastic sound, with clear sound. To complete the convincing overall picture of many options for sound reproduction. Of course, there are pre-programmed Equalizier settings, but also 2 own profiles. What really impressed me, settings such as "Studio", "hall" etc. You notice a massive difference ... but of course everyone has to find himself the perfect setting for themselves. Personally, I have everything set to "None", the sound is pure and clear.
+ Really fast, both at start-up, as well as the ransacking of my 14GB data. Also shuffle works without annoying pauses.
o no expandable memory - enough for me but 16GB and play and delete the goes super fast.
o I find the battery life rather low ('m probably quite spoiled by my very old players, which was operated with a simple AAA battery :). And to watch a video of naturally attracts twice much power ... I but either way a lot of sitting at the PC, it is with the shop really no problem.
o I find it strange that there is no "stop" button. Man "jumps" simply return to the previous menu, if you go back, you're there where you left off. But is very beneficial for audiobooks
o Settings as "battery saving function" I personally find for pretty pointless. I'd rather promote a battery that lasts 25 hours while only, but on eg 4 years -.. Than with the 30 hrs holding without the saver function is faster but broken.
o Battery can replace supposedly, but it is not a simple pinned lid.
o glass on the display - looks good, but will be susceptible to breakage. I'd not sit on me and got me the Crystall Case bought :)
o no outlet charger.
o no G sensor which automatically rotates the screen - I do not need but also, always cross Movies, Music always upright.
o effective "only" ~ 14GB memory ... but that should be known by now so that 16GB is not equal to 16GB are effective.
o me enough volume also completely out - but it is not flying any of the head away, those who need it:) P
- In the arrangement of the keys was probably the "technically feasible" decisive. Otherwise I can not explain that the high / low volume button on the other side of the player is it to me. If one considers that the 3.5mm headphone cable is inserted at the bottom, then it follows that one presumably the player. headfirst has in his pocket. So you have to take all the way down in order to change the settings a bit.

Conclusion: the player is relatively pure and stands out by the fact that he is doing exactly what he is - and he makes excellent! A super MP3 / 4 player, which fits in a shirt pocket and hopefully long, reliable with me :)
PS: A little tip regarding the media conversion.. While the player's own software while, but this is relatively slow. I have to the freeware "XMedia Recode" brought me. A German, self-explanatory software with many pre-programmed mobile phone models. Since the NWZ-845B is not yet integrated, I just take the "Samsung Galaxy 551" profile. The mobile phone also has a 400x240 display :)

There annoying animal that the player is unable, or similar remaining battery level by eg a beeping with rest Power 1 hr., 2 beeping at 45 min. Show can ?! Quite often I think the office no intention to plug the player and suddenly he gives a few peep from and that's it. Nothing works anymore, completely empty. This was supposed to be already possible in the age of the battery level indicators and would increase the fun of device to 100%! Even more so because the battery power is anyway very limited ... 8 rooms - 10 hours.!
