I've used Xucker for baking, cooking and sweeten beverages and have to say that the solubility is very good, only a little worse than refined sugar. The Sweet taste of course, a taste I have not noticed before. Of all the sugar substitutes, which I had so far, I feel the product as the best and would recommend it any time. Drawback is the relatively high price, but here it is up to you to decide if it is worth it, or not. Since I do not use it as often as I do not eat so much sweet, it is worth it for me.
