I had the F8 only as pre-order at Amazon, it but then get earlier at another shop.
I bought it to replace my Mobistel T2.
Impression previously in abbreviated form:
+ GPS: after
+ Memory: This is under Android 4.4 is actually a touchy subject because Google has to use the external SD card restricted. The ext. SD card is used as the quasi but surprisingly T2 under Android 4.2.
For me it looks at the moment like this:
Internal App Store: 0,9GB occupied 3.1GB free
external SD card (32GB): 6,9GB occupied about 23GB free
Maps, music, photos, many apps can be (partially) move ... everything on the SD card.
(The additionally existing internal phone memory of 2.1GB is practically not used - 2,09GB free).
+ Speed: Good AnTuTu: 18100
+ - Display: Good, warm tone that is a matter of taste
- MyHome user interface, similar to Huawei, without App Drawer; I do not like it. After the reboot amended Themes are partially set back to default back.
Solution for me: Use Nova Launcher and everything is perfect.
Conclusion:
I am pleasantly surprised. My fears for GPS and the Android 4.4-typical messed memory management have been confirmed in any way, so thumbs up. Of course it is not very slim, that does not bother me, but it has a large 3000mAh battery, which holds out well so far.
Overall, 4.5 stars rounded up to 5 because the value for money is excellent and that LTE and NFC missing, is indeed known in advance. Half-star deduction for the MyHome user interface (matter of taste).
