After I plugged in and installed the sound card (motherboard-GA970 ua3) was my Ethernet socket (LAN port) completely dead. All drivers were gone and the connector no longer lights up. In addition, there was at the sound card a permanent obtrusive noise in the headphones.
Conclusion: Sent back, Lan connector still unusable.
