As with everything you should ask yourself the question "Cui bono?" ("Who uses it").
Answer: Definitely the people who want to increase your protein intake.
Since I do a lot of sports, I am constantly adapt to the search for new products / ideas / suggestions to the diet on my needs and optimize.
I was skeptical at first, because added soy is not the best source of high quality Eweiß.
But the mix is what counts!
I use the granola as a basis for one of my breakfasts (approximate):
35 grams protein cereal
10 grams of linseed
10 grams of shredded wheat (wg. Of very high fiber content)
20 grams of amaranth (puffed)
10 - 20 grams of nuts (Brazil nuts or cashews)
to then to 1 - 2 grams of cinnamon and the whole with a 3.5% yogurt mix.
Thus, I have several sources of protein that can be used in different ways (for example, soy protein is quickly transported to the muscle while the protein from flax seed and yogurt "go" are a bit longer).
The fat content is perfectly fine. These are predominantly unsaturated fatty acids (so-called "good fats"). It is also a media lie that the greasy food makes for too much ballast on hips.
This product is therefore a recommendation for those who want to spice up your protein balance.
It is also helpful in weight loss. For anyone who pursues this goal, tried it out my recipe suggestion earlier from :)
