I just bought this product for soups and dessert creams. The device is rather nice and fits well on the kitchen worktop. The stainless steel blender is a more quality. It is very easy to use and tried soups are really good. I only tests the velvety release. It is important to observe small amounts so that the result is consistent with the description. It is also best to cut the vegetables into small pieces otherwise the cooking time will be increased. Frozen products are not recommended. (Very long cooking times) I also wanted to make creams desserts with this camera (as seen in the pub). Creme chocolate and vanilla are successful perfectly (slightly more liquid in pan but more velvety).
Cons: too little to fill 4 soup plates. The recipe booklet mentions since No recipe on creams desserts. I tried my recipes but I have to test the cooking time and the speed myself before finding the right balance. (30 min max to make a cream with chocolate)
