We find 101 ingredients of Japanese cuisine, each was presented by a two-page photo. For now, I do not know a third of ingredients presented but I hope to have the opportunity to discover during my trip to Japan.
I would take also this book during my trip Osaka-Kyoto-Hiroshima-Tokyo. My Japanese guide will probably advise me the best products of this book. Maybe I would correct the note on my return ;-)
The thick cardboard binder will keep a certain place in this book and put it in my library on my return.
