The chair is delivered in two parts (bottom and Räückenlehne) and constructed and arranged quickly. Why only four stars? Because in normal sitting position leather wrinkles when delivered spare parts after adjusting Relax position at the foot, that were not there at first delivery and provide a picture as if the seat is wrong (which it is not but defenitiv).
