Superb and complement the already great scholar "Cinema Bis" the same author in 2007, this square paved with more than 500 pages deepens the subject by describing 500 films that can be called "Series B," "bis" or even for some "Series Z". On a production of several thousand films in this category, from the 50 to 2000: epic films, spaghetti westerns, krimi, cape and sword, giallo, fantastic ... very sharp (many anecdotes or specific details), with few errors (a picture of Ewen Solon captioned "John Le Mesurier" page 30, an Italian film from 1967 "accused" to plagiarize the title of a James Bond 1969 Page 179 ...), here is a new bible for us fans of "other" cinema. Petite any personal criticism: an unpardonable error of taste of the author who dares to denigrate the actor GĂ©rard Barray that cradled my youth with Surcouf, Pardaillan and other musketeers .... and I therefore considered untouchable alongside Guy Williams (Zorro Disney), Eddie "Lemmy Caution" Constantine and others. But this is only my opinion and hats off to the research work.
