The first part is composed of nutritional advice, seasonality charts. The benefits of each product are explained. A few pages down, pictured, of footwork. Then, revenues are classified by season. Some ingredients difficult to find, but with a fine and an Asian grocery store, it is feasible and it is always possible to put a few ingredients ... Most recipes are accessible, not too long (45 minutes to 1 hour), the explanations are clear even for beginners. Some recipes, however, are more complicated. The photographs are beautiful and full page. Obviously, the presentation is not always the same, but the recipes I tested my dish looked like still photography and the food was excellent, which is essential.
