I use almost exclusively a wet option, since the robotic vacuum cleaner in the dry mode provides a better service than it could do the wipe with a dry cloth. But - for use under the sofa and under cabinets for the Roomba 770 is too high, because it is worth it after all. The use in wet mode is very simple. Fill the water reservoir, the blue cloth moistened attach, snap the whole thing on the bottom of Braava 380, provide the Navi system in the middle of the room, press Power + wet at Braava. That`s it. It is very pleasant that the unit operates quietly and can therefore be used in the immediate vicinity. This is to know therefore good, since not the manufacturer recommends that the device unattended as it could get stuck and the water tank then still secretes water. After a few missions, I have drawn the conclusion for me is that in the wet areas with tiles, the unit can also be started wonderful when you leave the house. In the parquet areas I start it in the presence ... but often just very passive in adjoining rooms ... so far is never what happens.
The water delivery is smooth and unobtrusive, the smears to dry immediately. Sometimes you can tell just when one lays directly behind the hand on the ground that it is a little damp. But it is then very constant even at a larger living / kitchen area of 40sqm good (probably less furniture for about 33 sqm). I give the water the way a dash of all-purpose cleaners and floor cleaners added - makes the system out of nothing, it sniffs as usual and - whether fancy or not - it feels even cleaner ...
Anyone planning to make the wiper robot thorough cleaning, will be guaranteed disappointed. The device is way too easy to exert great pressure. It cleans more than the frequent repetitions per point. Therefore, it is advisable to scrub advance once correct, and then to use the mop robot regularly.
I use it at least 2x a week and have to say, in cooperation with the robotic vacuum cleaner is a wonderful supplement and my apartment is now actually far dustless and purified. And in spite of regular cleaning the blue cloth is after but always dirty. Impressive!
On the subject of cloth: Because it was too annoying, I have auszuschrubben a cloth provided each time with Spüli brought me a pack of 3 spare cloths and wash them now still in the machine - works beautifully.
Small point of criticism:
While with virtual walls can knock out areas in robotic vacuum cleaner, is what the robot wiping only with objects or close the door. That's not so great thought and it would be great if there were radio barriers here.
Conclusion: A super helper for easy daily dirt - especially in complement with a robotic vacuum cleaner.
