The Physio Room resistance band finally has the right size, because Tubes for this purpose are all me way too long and therefore not effective enough. This simple device allows the abduction, that the abduction train well. (Squeezing lateral pre = legs / knee) for the adduction I use a Pilates ring or the Bremshey Proformer. The Physio Room resistance band in different strengths, and I put it on with my exercises in various ern height, ie times thighs, then either directly above or below the knee or just above the ankles. I pay attention to a good sitting posture and am considering 2 small towels under your feet, so that they can slide along the ground effortlessly.
