Have a Rollei 5s added myself last year and was really happy with it, but my thread on the camera body is the normal tightening of the holder, (consisting only of plastic) broke down. So I have the Rollei support written what I should do now, and you thought I should send in the camera yet and would get it repaired in the event of a warranty claim or they would give me an estimate. So I have sent in the camera with the note that the thread is broken at the camera on Monday and got them back on Thursday with the message Error not found camera and accessories will be returned back.
