The package consists of the seat, a metal rail and a mounting ring for the bike (saddle or steering rod)
The seat is okay, you can not expect anything else for the price.
The mounting ring is unfortunately designed so that you have to fix it Remove the complete bar to the bicycle, it is not hinged. That's just very annoying when the steering wheel because consuming. But never mind, the ring tends to be so inflexible as far as the diameter that it is much too big for a normal steering wheel rod. Here you would just need to make a rubber ring or the like to an attachment.
But the worst is the metal rail that will connect the seat to the mounting ring. She has a bore for the seat mounting and for mounting on the mounting ring. The rod is so long and the bore so far back, that the seating at a distance of 16 cm from the attachment to the rod begins. If you still expects to the seat (14 cm deep) so you need 30 cm space for the entire structure. Way too much for a small child's bicycle at the handlebar mounting.
