"academic" textbook?

I thought I could revise some elements of sociology with this manual, but it is really too basic. I gladly advise ES series of students who question what sociology, but students are certainly find nothing of interest beyond the first half of L1.

At the same time, as the book (and collection) is intended as an introduction, however, I leave 3 stars but even discover sociology quickly, I would advise all the same more easily works P.Riutort (accurate sociology) or H. Mendras (elements of sociology), which do not age (too fast).
