Accelerated aging

I am not using only the counter, I use all the Fitbit online system, I get my meals, my blood pressure, monitor my intake / energy expenditure, my water intake.
And this is where the Fitbit Flex makes sense. It serves to motivate, inform, but simply to complete (by monitoring the actual activity and a carry information on the dashboard) and follow the program Fitbit website.

I'm -18kg thanks to my motivation and regular practice sports but especially thanks to the Fitbit program that allowed me to resume food "calorie" healthy.

If you purchase this material just to count your steps, I'm not sure you are satisfied with the equipment ...

On the positive side,

- The bracelet is easily forgotten.
- The material is not unpleasant.

- The fairly comprehensive monitoring program for the Fitbit website as long as we take the program seriously.

I saw a lot of comment on counting steps, here is my approach:

I do not spend my day as my steps so I'm assuming that the Flex is my base, my zero point, so if it takes longer or not enough, as the measurement is regular, the given image the number of steps for me.
Let me add here that I pair using the Fitbit Flex to my account online and in all sincerity, I have no complaints about it not in terms of Flex.

For those who find it detects too much or not enough, a sensor sensitivity setting is available.

In negative:
MAJ - The tracker at the same aged hurt. 6 months and this one is "labeled"
-The SHIFT via USB charging module is difficult to exploit in time, in fact, connectors tracker clog and load the Fitbit can easily become a nightmare ...
- Instructions nonexistent.
- Using / Switching Modes patted questionable ...
- The database of food on the site is improved.

CONCLUSION:

- This Fitbit Flex remains a tool, a tool available to your motivation, your involvement, the fact of having my wrist, to have a complete web interface, accessible motivated me, this bracelet distrust succeed in having a correct daily activity.
MAJ - A significant weight loss, a validated fitness, this gadget me back on good rail (grace and only thanks to my motivation)

SHIFT -> For the price, I am disappointed with the degradation of the tracker and its charging problem on time. I do not have a specific problem on bracelets (I bought a pack of three colors) even if I see that the original band begins to relax around the tracker.
I worry for the life of the tracker in it even.
I had to perform a hard reset of ten in six months because the tracker was unresponsive, but a hard reset is only possible when the tracker is supported on its module ... If you have problems loading like me, no hard reset, no tracker ... Stacking annoying problem.
