Overall nice to hear in a slip, all the tracks with no real loss, but some potential hit or something stuck in the ear in vain ... too much resemble each other in several tracks, the harmonies / melody guides / Vocals. And even though this album was designed using various more or less prominent guest musicians (Anathema singer Lee Douglas on track 8, Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera on track 1,2,3, guitarist Simon Hinkler The Mission on Track 1 and 5, Monica Richards of Faith and the Muse and several others). My Anspieltipps would track No.5 (The Mission typical guitar riffing, more rocking number) and track no. 8 (atmospärisch relaxed psychedelic trip), these reflect the bandwidth or the antipodes of the album best again.
Finally a relaxed Goth pop album, full of atmosphere, some with psychedelic overtones, a real hit is not going anyway just me then missing the corners and edges which such Independent products make in this case, to round and pleasing to my taste produced. Overall good 3 star, for more I lack that "something ...." What might be getting the ..... ;-)
