Acting sluggish, useless Mouse

Had bought for my Windows 8 Tablet me this keyboard. Unfortunately, it goes back by return mail to Amazon. There are two points that have made me.
1. types on the keyboard will play only delayed. (Type a letter appear but only a second later)

2. The touchpad is unusable. It reacts very slowly to entries and is extremely sensitive. I can not move the cursor without accidentally "mouse clicks" from conduct

I have also tried out the keyboard on my Note 2 and could also notice the same error there.
