Have the unit at Asus sent, the customer service said it would take about 10 days, until the unit is repaired. After about a month came the news that one must order a replacement part (processor) for the mobile and this would then arrive on March 17. On 28 came the news that there is no longer the component and the defective device would abgkaufen at the original price to me, because in the house Asus also no replacement devices would exist more because all production was set on the smartphone. Now I have to wait 20 days, according to service until finally the money is back.
I would therefore recommend the device to anyone who would send in there with a looming product defects because of the PadFone 2 obviously no longer a customer is offered. Now I'm sitting on my accessories and it must sell off on Ebay. I think it is an outrage to let the customers wait more than two months to sometime perhaps a solution is found, which is moreover so unsatisfactory.
And yes, I am very much of the opinion that the service inextricably linked to the product and evaluated so that (like most) related to the company's performance on the Asus PadFone 2
Edit: Just got the news that it will take about another month processing time before they transfer me the money.
