Actually OK - but with restrictions

I've bought the LG29EA after careful consideration and numerous comparisons. The Monitor has been already described in detail in many reviews. He has a great view and the large surface area offers enough space to cope with tasks where you have to spread out on the screen.
What not so great funtioniert is the support of LG. Even before I have the chat function with an employee a few Detaille clarified => but I had the impression as if the did not really have a clue. The answers did not materialize partially or ware very vague. Questions to similar products of LG29EA series (differences / advantages) were declared not plausible.
After the purchase I had the problem that the split-screen function (this function was the purchase rash) did not work => must specify the fact that I've attached an additional monitor and probably disturbs this setting. I then received by telephone contact with the support (who was slightly annoyed). This could not help and there was a recall promised the same for the next day => no response so far! I would have liked different. Therefore, no 4 or more stars.

For me, the bottom line: The device is actually good - and recommended if you do not have take advantage of the service.

PS: The Splitsreenfunktion unfortunately does not generate two or more desktops => the open windows are arranged only according to the desktop (=> be so sorted) => So there is again a mess, if you about changes between full screen and reduced windows.
