I have the running shoe used in the meantime for 3 Half Marathon in advanced training for my this year's summer / autumn marathons and completed some low-intensity + 20km runs and can recommend this shoe highly enough. To use Very light and sturdy shoes with excellent support well both on asphalt as well as gravel. For my style of running, running extent (about 45 km / week) and body weight (I weigh 68kg at 180cm height) the optimal shoe! Absolute buy recommendation! I has the (admittedly subjective) impression that the Kayano 18 opposite its predecessors further improved!
Supplement in November 2012: now the shoe begins to dissolve in the heel area - compared to my other running shoes with comparable mileage but relatively early !! Still top to wear, but will soon end up in the dustbin!
