The visuals are great. Delivery arrived promptly. However, the package was damaged and the item slipped in the packaging around. This could have lead to the shift knob to scratches, but was not so luckily. Assembly was due to the "adapter", rubber sleeves for various diameters, really easy. Actually, because the grub screws are too long for mounting and the bezel thus could not be screwed. So file out, cut screws and then mounted the deck ring. I like good and is by car, but would get a shorter sentence grub screws full marks!
