While the night light illuminates not the whole room (and certainly not when it is under the bed), but it is sufficient to find z. B. the water bottle next to the bed or whatever you need. Also for reading in bed, I have already used the light. If you do not want to interfere with bright light its partners, which is quite handy, but in the long run certainly not good for the eyes. Since a reasonable reading lamp would then certainly the better choice.
The light temperature is relatively cold (white), but that does not bother me at a "emergency".
The adjustable amount of time that the light is on, I find handy (apart from a later mentioned in my review small defect). I have it set to 60 sec.. 10 sec. Are too short for me. Would probably be sufficient as a hallway light when you have into the bathroom briefly from the living room. The continuous light can then z. B. when reading or whatever use.
In the other reviews was criticized partly that the night light reacts slightly delayed. I can confirm that, but only partially. When the night light is just on and goes out again after the set time period, you may have 1 - 2 seconds before the sensor rumwedeln until the lights go on again.. Was the light but an extended period, the sensor reacts immediately with me.
Bissel impractical I find the battery door, behind which even the small switch is to adjust the light duration in addition to the batteries. For me it is a bit difficult to open. It would be more practical if the small switch would be located on the burn time outside under the night light, rather than inside, so you drankommt faster. Mir is opening too cumbersome, which is why I prefer every 60 seconds the sensor strive instead to switch to continuous light.
For durability of the magnetic plate for attaching the night light can not say much because I do not use it.
All in all I am quite satisfied with the purchase, but would if I should need a new night light with sensor works again and may decide on a different model.
