For the software I give 4 stars. There is not much new, the predecessor 10 and 11 are absolutely equivalent for image processing, in part better. The Adobe company and the customer service I give 5 stars !!! Minus I had bought in November the upgrade to Photoshop Elements 12. It could be, despite registering with Adobe ID on the website, not in the software registrieren.Es remained in a test program and no longer worked. All requests for Adobe came to nothing. I sent the software back, Amazon was very accommodating and bought the full version of Photoshop Elements 12, now have better luck in hoping. Again the same thing: with registered ID on the website and in the software, it does not work !!! Only in trial, now after 30 days, just yesterday, the software will no longer be opened without notice !!! Each intervention is free, Adobe does not react !!! So the software is now "junk"! I can not turn it off, because Adobe will delete all common specifications, also from the previous 10 & 11)! Then they are no longer usable !!! What do I do with it? Can not in the store back, and you need a degree to everyone to contact ADOBE. Someone out there is a simple solution needs to know please.
I gripped a user out and want my review to warn everyone to buy Adobe software !!! Adobe touts everywhere only for the cloud with lease! This is expensive and in the end, the customer has nothing in his hand when he switching to a new PC or reinstall needs. Adobe is a rogue company. The forums speak volumes!
