But what I do not like is the mounting plate on the back. Who screwed the mounting plate to a ceiling which may be able to work with it. But if you want to use the magneto-Link magnetic attachments, I want to warn! The mounting plate can be engaged only sluggishly by hand, after which the clamping is so tight that one gets solved only with leverage (eg using a screwdriver) back mounting plate. For me it is almost a killer criterion, because if the detector should go times provided from, you can not "just" open the cover and disconnect the battery. As an engineer, a mystery to me, who is responsible for this fiasco ...
I have the clamping noses just filed something, since the clamping is pleasantly strong and can also be removed by hand. So it should work out of (this had to do with three detectors, all the same). Those who are not technically gifted and would like to use the magnetic attachments, I advise against this product.
