Since our heating in the kitchen, I'd say something enclosed, very often steam up the windows and the walls are not really warm.

In order to spare us a mold we have this little fan appointed us as support and are very happy with him.

He is small and can be stowed away, but he does his job. The kitchen is nice and warm and also our windows fogged barely, although we do not let it run continuously, but turn only from time to time as a small support.
