In case anyone should care about my approach:
Connect the first server to power and LAN, then with a network sniffer, the IP of the print server read (DHCP by default). Connect via browser with the print server and there assign a fixed IP address.
Once the then entwortet for a ping to the address, the work of the print server has been completed.
On the PC then install a new printer (local printer and select out Create a new port -.> Type = Standard TCP / IP Port)
Enter the previously assigned IP address in the new window.
The recognition of the TCP / IP ports then takes a while ....
In the new window additional connection information is required ... not change device type - Select Benutzerdefinert and then provide the log of RAW on LPR. The queue name (great concept) is lp0 (the last character is a zero !!)
Then the printer model is found, sometimes 3 - may take 5 minutes ....
At the end is required for the printer driver. Either the printer is available in normally see Listing (then choose there) or you have downloaded the driver from the printer manufacturer's website. Then click Have Disk and select the path to the driver.
The installtion of the driver then takes a certain time.
That it should be then been already.
