I had read the Smart MX 04 without HDMI port and was already impressed by the Box-to-box function and ease of use. Only the image was compared with the XBox 360 or the like a bit meager. The Smart MX 04 Plus scales the image in various resolutions. According to the new connection with an HDMI cable, the image of the HD-ready screen of the Samsung brand is like a different person. From the screen I have laid an optical audio signal to Dolby Surround system. Even the sound sounds now on spatial lot. However, I am not an audio expert. Otherwise, the receiver offers the usual comfort of Smart Receiver and the price-quality ratio is unbeatable. For so little money there is nowhere else so good image and so much quality.
