I had ordered 2 chains that I installed outside of the gutter. The Travos were inside, dry, plugged. Now after 3 weeks burns 1 chain only after knocking on Travo, the second not at all. Extremely annoying, so close to Christmas. The light itself was very nice ...... as long as it burned. Have asked to exchange the Travos, wait and see.
12/02/2015: My request to swap only the Travos was not complied with. I had to break down and return the chain. However, have received full purchase price refund .... rather have the chain with new Travos reserve.
