Since I bought this item as "supply spare parts", it took a bit longer until it was used - and then only sporadically. However, after only a few uses tore the "stamp" completely out of the rubber foot.

But even after such a long time (about two years) I got without difficulty, simple, fast and above all free (!!) a replacement part sent. Especially in this day and age I find so impressive a Customer!
